Gooey Chocolate Pudding

  • Mix 1/2 tspn baking powder with 35g chocolate protein powder
  • 10g cacao or cocoa powder and 60ml milk or water (I always use ss milk)
  • Microwave for no more than 30/35 seconds (please bear in mind that this may be longer as I use PhD Belgian chocolate protein powder and I microwave for approx 50 seconds to get a slight sponge consistency)
  • Today I’ve added a shot of Sweet Freedom Choc shot (just 14 cals tspn)

Healthy Kids meal of homemade chicken nuggets!

You will need;
Reheat oven to 180 fan / 190
2oz plain flour (BOWL 1)
3 eggs beaten (BOWL 2)
135g wholemeal or white bread crumbs (4 day old bread) seasoned with optional paprika or cayenne pepper – you can also add a few tblsp of parmesan if you like to the breadcrumb mix (BOWL 3)
2 chicken breasts cut into nugget portions
Lightly oil two baking trays ready

Method:
Coat each piece of chicken in the flour then the egg. Shake off excess and roll in the breadcrumbs until completely coated. Pop onto the trays and bake (no need to turn for 25-35 minutes – depends on your oven).
